目的研究飞机草Eupatorium odoratum地上部分的化学成分。方法利用正相硅胶、MCI柱、反相RP-18柱色谱及葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20等手段进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了20个化合物,分别为飞机草素(1)、山柰酚(2)、山柰酚-4′-甲基醚(3)、槲皮素(4)、五桠果素(5)、异鼠李素(6)、木犀草素-4′-甲基醚(7)、3,4′-二羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(8)、野黄芩素四甲醚(9)、金合欢素(10)、异樱花素(11)、4′-羟基-5,6,7-三甲氧基黄烷酮(12)、5,6,7,4′-四甲氧基黄烷酮(13)、二氢山柰素(14)、香橙素-7,4′-二甲醚(15)、柚皮素-7,4′-二甲醚(16)、5,6,7-三羟基-4′-甲氧基黄烷酮(17)、5,6,7,3′,4′-五甲氧基黄烷酮(18)、正十六碳酸α-甘油酯(19)、β-谷甾醇(20)。结论化合物6~9、16~19均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of aerial parts of Eupatorium odoratum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel, MCI column, reverse phase RP-18 column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 dextran gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data. RESULTS: Twenty compounds were isolated and identified, which were respectively identified as the four compounds of the three compounds, namely, laminin (1), kaempferol (2), kaempferol-4’-methylether (3), quercetin (4) 5), isorhamnetin (6), luteolin-4’-methyl ether (7), 3,4’- dihydroxy-5,6,7-trimethoxyflavone (8) Tetramethylether (9), acacetin (10), isopuraffin (11), 4’-hydroxy-5,6,7- trimethoxyflavanone (12), 5,6,7,4 ’ Tetramethoxyflavanone (13), Dihydromyricynin (14), Avicel-7,4’-Dimethyl ether (15), Naringenin- 16), 5,6,7-trihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavanone (17), 5,6,7,3 ’, 4’-pentamethoxyflavanone (18) Α-Glycerol hexacarbonate (19), β-sitosterol (20). Conclusion Compounds 6 ~ 9 and 16 ~ 19 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
