营军医是作战部队基层的军医,处于部队卫勤保障的第一线,遂行部队训练保障是其重要任务之一,尤其是部队在天气寒冷、行军时间长、训练课目多的冬季野营训练中,营军医搞好遂行保障,对顺利完成训练任务、保证官兵健康及维护部队战斗力尤为重要。本文根据营军医的职责和工作特点,从准备工作要精细、行军跟进要尽责、露营防治要亲为和返营履职要用心等4个方面,就营军医遂行部队冬季野营训练卫勤保障应注意的问题进行了探讨与思考。
