以11个玉米自交系按双列式组配成55个单交组合在三个地点试验,考察了产量等17个主要性状。结果表明,多数性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力与环境都有显著的互作,但各考察性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力仍具有相当的稳定性;惟在不同性状上并不表现出一致的稳定性。一般配合力的稳定性在各考察性状上大于或相当于特殊配合力的稳定性;产量配合力的稳定性与其各组成性状在变化环境中的相互协调和补偿作用有关。分析还表明,加性基因效应与环境的互作是影响玉米自交系产量等性状稳定性的主要因素。
In this study, 11 maize inbred lines were doubly divided into 55 single cross combinations and tested in three locations. Seventeen major traits such as yield were investigated. The results showed that the general combining ability and the special combining ability of most traits had a significant interaction with the environment, but the general combining ability and the special combining ability of the traits still remained quite stable. However, they did not show the same traits Consistent stability. The stability of general combining ability is greater than or equal to the stability of special combining ability in each investigated trait. The stability of yield combining ability is related to the mutual coordination and compensation effect of each component trait in the changing environment. The analysis also showed that the interaction of additive gene effect with the environment was the main factor that affected the stability of traits such as yield of maize inbred lines.
