我科于1989年6月～1991年5月共收治重症新生儿出血症5例,全部病人均在综合治疗的基础上,予全血静脉推注抢救,无一例死亡,现报道如下: 临床资料 5例出血症患儿,早产儿1例,双胎足月儿1 例,男8例,女2例。发病时间;3天内2例,～4天2例,～5天1例。均突然起病,以突然出血为主要临床症状,表现为脐部,胃肠道及皮肤粘膜出血,查体见重度贫血外貌,体温不升2例,呼吸60～120次/分,心率90-220次/分,哭声无力、软弱,呼吸困难,四肢湿冷,实验室检查,血红旦白均在70克/升以下,最低达42克/升,血小板均在正常范围,出血时间正常,凝血时间均延长,查凝血酶元
