金黄色葡萄球菌感染,因耐药菌多、治疗困难,自1991年1月—1993年5月我科应用血液紫外线照射回输法UBI治疗金葡萄感染10例,收到满意效果,现报告如下。本组病例均为住院患者,随机分为治疗组(甲组)和对照组(乙组)。甲组:男7例,女3例,其中3例全身衰竭1例伴糖尿病,2例伴心脏病。乙组:男5例,女5例,甲、乙两组在住院期均高热,其中1例为食道癌,2例全身衰竭,血培养为金葡菌感染,血白细胞增高。治疗方法,两组均使用抗菌素及对症综合治疗,甲组则加用UBI治疗。操作方法:采用第四军医大学西京医院输血中心生产,XZY—B型血疗机。抽病人或他人血200—300ml加于有AGD—B保养液的血袋中,置于一特制的石英玻璃瓶中,置治疗机上
