高校图书馆绩效管理体系研究是近年来我国图书馆管理实践中提出的重要课题。本文对高校图书馆绩效管理的现状和存在的问题进行系统分析,对高校图书馆绩效管理创新的具体措施进行了初步探索。
The research of university library performance management system is an important issue put forward in our country’s library management practice in recent years. This article systematically analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the performance management of university libraries and makes a preliminary exploration of the concrete measures for the innovation of performance management in university libraries.
