单胺氧化酶抑制剂苯乙肼有緩解心絞痛的作用。本文用心电图研究它对家兎和豚鼠实驗性心肌缺氧和心肌坏死的預防作用。家兎每天皮下注射苯乙肼15毫克/公斤,共5天,能防止靜脉滴注脑垂体后叶素(Pit) 引起的急性缺氧性心电图(T波和S-T段抬高),而不影响Pit减慢心率和縮短Q-T間期的作用。苯乙肼1次靜脉注射則无对抗缺氧性心电图的作用。豚鼠每天皮下注射苯乙肼10毫克/公斤共5天,能显著减輕异丙基去甲腎上腺素1—2毫克/公斤皮下注射后的缺氧性心电图变化和病理变化。 結合前文結果推測:苯乙肼預防实驗性缺氧性心肌損害的机制,不是通过急性直接扩張冠脉,而可能是通过多次給药后影响心肌代謝,节約心肌耗氧所致。
