对9个甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育(CMS)系恢保关系的测定结果表明,Xin-4-2A(陕2ACMS)、Xin-4-3A(75-3ACMS)、Xin-4-4A(153ACMS)、宁4A(MICMS)、AB1与波里马细胞质雄性不育(polCMS)系Xin-4-1A具有相同的恢保关系;S45A与napCMS不育系5021A具有相同的恢保关系。线粒体DNA的4种限制性内切酶(EcoRⅠ、HindⅢ、PstⅠ和SalⅠ)酶切片断的多态性比较和mtDNA的RFLP分析表明,Xin-4-2A、Xin-4-3A、Xin-4-4A、宁4A、AB1的细胞质与polCMS不育系Xin-4-1A的相同;S45A、polCMS保持系Xin-4的细胞质与napCMS不育系WestarS的相同;pol细胞质、nap细胞质、ogu细胞质和正常细胞质之间的mtDNA结构有明显不同。因此,Xin-4-1A、Xin-4-2A、Xin-4-3A、Xin-4-4A、宁4A、AB1均属polCMS,S45A和5021A属napCMS,P24A(oguCMS)与其它CMS完全不同。
The results of the determination of the relationship between the CMS lines and the CMS lines of 9 Brassica napus showed that Xin-4-2A (Shaanxi 2ACMS), Xin-4-3A (75-3ACMS), Xin-4-4A (153ACMS ), Ning 4A (MICMS), AB1 had the same restorer relationship with Xin-4-1A of Pol CMS and S45A had the same restorer relationship with 5021A of napCMS. Comparison of the polymorphism of mitochondrial DNA fragments with restriction endonucleases (EcoRⅠ, HindⅢ, PstⅠ and SalⅠ) and RFLP analysis of mtDNA revealed that Xin-4-2A, Xin-4-3A, Xin- 4A, Ning4A, the cytoplasm of AB1 was the same as that of polCMS sterile line Xin-4-1A; the cytoplasm of S45A, polCMS maintainer line Xin-4 was the same as that of napCMS sterile line WestarS; pol cytoplasm, nap cytoplasm, ogu cytoplasm and normal The structure of mtDNA between the cytoplasms is obviously different. Therefore, Xin-4-1A, Xin-4-2A, Xin-4-3A, Xin-4-4A, Ning 4A and AB1 belong to polCMS, while S45A and 5021A belong to napCMS. P24A (oguCMS) is completely different from other CMS.
