2013年年初,《水电工程设计洪水计算规范》(以下简称《规范》)送审稿审查会在西安市召开,有关单位的领导、专家参加了会议。本规范是根据国家发展改革委员会有关通知要求,在原水利部、能源部1993年发布的《水利水电工程设计洪水计算规范》(SL 44—93)的基础上编制的。中国水电顾问集团西北勘测设计研究院作为《规范》的主要编制单位,几年来做了大量工作和不懈努力,于2012年10月完成并提出了送审稿。
At the beginning of 2013, the draft review and approval drafting of the Code for Design Calculation of Hydropower Engineering Design (hereinafter referred to as “Specification”) was held in Xi’an and the leaders and experts of the relevant units attended the meeting. This Code is based on the notification requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission and was prepared on the basis of the “Code for Calculation of Design Floods for Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering” (SL 44-93) issued by the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy and the Energy Department in 1993. China Hydropower Consultants Northwestern Survey and Design Institute as a “normative” as the main preparation unit, a few years has done a lot of work and tireless efforts in October 2012 to complete and put forward the draft for review.
