在电力紧缺的情况下,由于市场需求导向,加速施工在许多水电工程建设中已经是不争的事实。由于加速施工,必然要增加资源投入,导致施工成本上升。如何科学、合理计算加速施工成本,已经成为合同管理中各方关注的焦点。通过对加速施工的原因、影响因素、最终效果等方面的分析,探讨加速施工的费用计算方法,从而提出了加速施工的合同管理路径。
In the case of electricity shortage, due to the market demand-oriented, accelerated construction has become an indisputable fact in many hydropower projects. Due to the accelerated construction, it is inevitable to increase investment in resources, resulting in an increase in construction costs. How to scientifically and reasonably calculate the acceleration construction cost has become the focus of all parties involved in contract management. Through the analysis of the reasons for accelerating the construction, the influencing factors, the final effect and so on, this paper discusses the calculation method of the construction cost and puts forward the contract management way of accelerating the construction.
