一、复关后对上海纺织工业的影响预测 （一）有利于扩大出口 我国恢复关贸总协定缔约国地位后,将享受《多种纤维协定》经过十年过渡期提高增长率的好处,使我们有更多的机会扩大对欧共体、美、加等纺织品市场的出口。从近年来,我国对欧、美纺织品出口情况看,出口额每年均有较大增长。随着配额的增长和逐步取消限制,我出口将会有较大增长。据有关专家估计经十年过渡期最终取消《多种纤维协定》之后,发展中国家对发达国家纺织品出口将会在现有的基础上增加82％,服装出口将会增加93％,这将会刺激和鼓励我国纺织品和服装出口。

There are more opportunities to expand exports to the European Union, the United States, Canada and other textile markets. In recent years, China’s exports to Europe and the United States have seen a large increase in exports each year. With the increase of quotas and the phasing out of restrictions, my exports will have greater growth. According to estimates by relevant experts, after the final cancellation of the Multi-Fibre Arrangement in the 10-year transitional period, developing countries’ textile exports to developed countries will increase by 82% on the existing basis and clothing exports will increase by 93%. Stimulate and encourage China’s textile and apparel exports.
