分析了沉积参数对合成金刚石厚膜质量的影响，提出了采用燃焰法沉积高质量金刚石厚膜的合理参数，介绍了金刚石厚膜的激光切割、焊接及刃磨加工特性。
The influence of deposition parameters on the quality of the synthetic diamond thick film was analyzed. The reasonable parameters of high quality diamond thick film deposited by combustion flame method were proposed. The characteristics of laser cutting, welding and sharpening of diamond thick film were introduced.
