Tunliu Coal Mine is a project approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and invested by Lu’an Group in a large modernized mine located in Tunliu County, Changzhi City. The project includes 3 individual projects of mine, coal preparation plant and railway line. The annual designed production capacity of mines and coal preparation plants is 6 million tons with a total investment of 2.88 billion yuan.
