目的:建立清火明目丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对方中的白芷、知母、牛蒡子进行定性鉴别。结果:清火明目丸中的白芷、知母、牛蒡子的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征,主斑点Rf值与白芷、知母对照药材和牛蒡子苷对照品均相同,分别为0.76、0.57和0.68。结论:薄层色谱法定性鉴别方法简单、快速,重现性好,可用于清火明目丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Qinghuimingmu pill. Methods: Thin layer chromatography (TLC method) of the other Angelica, Anemarrhena, Arctium qualitative identification. Results: Thin layer chromatography of Angelica dahurica, Anemarrhena ondii and Arctium lappa contained in Qinghuimingmu pill had the same distinguishing characteristics. The main spot Rf value was the same as that of Angelica dahurica, Anemarrhena asparagus, and Arctiin, which were 0.76,0.57 and 0.68. Conclusion: The method of qualitative identification by TLC is simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Qinghuomingmu pills.
