教育的过程,要有足够的期待,足够的耐心。以一颗平常心、宽容的心态对待学生,陪孩子逐渐长大成人,这才是真正的教育。发生在小雨身上的三个事件,是当前中小学生普遍存在的问题,用温和、宽容对待问题学生,给他们认识自己过错的时间与空间,慢慢的等待。要相信学生、了解学生,多与学生交流,问清前因后果,寻找合适的方法解决。以宽容之心对待学生,特别是对待问题学生,我们的教育事业才会更上一层楼。
The process of education, have enough expectations, enough patience. To a normal, tolerant attitude towards students, with children gradually grown up, this is the real education. The three incidents that took place in the drizzling rainstorm are common problems for primary and middle school students. They treat the students in a moderate and tolerant manner, and give them time and space to know their own faults and slowly wait. To believe in students, understand the students, communicate more with students, ask about the causes and consequences and find the right way to solve them. To treat students with a tolerant heart, especially for students, our education will be higher.
