本文采用离子选择电极二次标准加入法对五种共十七个批号的中药注射剂中重金属含量(以 Pb~(2+)计算)进行测定,平均回收率为102.4%。重金属为中药制剂中的主要杂质之一,如银、铅、汞、砷等,其中铅在生产中接触较多,又易引起蓄积中毒,故重金属检查常以铅为代表。中国药典(85版)规定的三个检查方法均为药品与标准品经一定处理后于纳氏比色管中比色确定重金属限量。本文参考有关文献采用离子选择电极二次标准加入法测定中药注射剂中重金属含量。
In this paper, ion-selective electrode secondary standard addition method of five kinds of a total of seventeen lot of Chinese medicine injection of heavy metal content (calculated as Pb ~ (2+)) was measured, the average recovery was 102.4%. Heavy metals are one of the main impurities in traditional Chinese medicine preparations, such as silver, lead, mercury, arsenic, etc. Among them, lead is more exposed in production and can easily cause accumulation poisoning. Therefore, heavy metal inspection is usually represented by lead. Chinese Pharmacopoeia (85th Edition) provides the three inspection methods are drugs and standards after certain treatment in the tube colorimetric determination of heavy metal limit. This paper references the relevant literature using ion selective electrode secondary standard addition method for the determination of Chinese medicine injection of heavy metal content.
