作为保教主任,在教育教学管理的过程中,我们常常会与教师一起对教育教学的某一内容进行评价,以此推进整体保教工作质量的提升。然而,一次无意中听到的对话,让我对原有的质量评价有了重新的认识、思考。评价遭遇抵触情绪“探究式自然角”的创设一直是我园老师的难点与困惑之一,为此,学期初,我们特邀专家来园对此进行针对性的讲座与指导。在明确了创设目标及方法后,老师们依照本班幼儿的年龄特点与发展需要打造了各具风格的自然角,自然角的质量得到了较大程度的提高。
