搭建帮扶平台,把农村党员培养成致富能手针对农村党员年龄老化、文化水平较低、致富能力较弱的现状,我们积极创造条件,帮助他们提高致富本领。一是帮培训。近年来,我们邀请省、市、县农业专家和技术人员来镇举办蟹鳖水产养殖、荸荠席草高效栽培、经果林种植、家禽家畜饲养等专题讲座和现场会80多场次,专门培训农村党员达1．2万人次。通过培训,全镇已有75％的党员掌握了至少一门农村实用技术。二是帮结对。镇里制定了党员干部和致富能手联系贫困党员户制度,采取“一对一”、“一对二”的方式,重点开展技术帮扶。目前,全镇已结对 2200多户。三是帮项目。为实现全镇党员“人人手中有项目”的目标,镇里重点在政策、信息、资金等方面为他们提供支持, 使全镇近千名党员走上了致富之路。
