化工部颁发的《化工健康监护技术规定》明确指出:“化工健康监护是化工企业实行的职业健康监护,旨在认识、评价和控制职业危害,完善三级预防体系,保护和促进职工健康。”而“预防保健”的含意是对常见病、慢性病实行“预防为主,防治结合。”两者的关系是相辅相成的。
The “Technical Regulations on Chemical Health Care” issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry clearly states: “Chemical health monitoring is the occupational health guardian practiced by chemical companies to recognize, evaluate and control occupational hazards, improve the tertiary prevention system and protect and promote the health of workers and staff.” The meaning of “preventive health care” is to prevent and treat the common diseases and chronic diseases, and the relationship between the two is mutually reinforcing.
