近10年来,我国明确提出大力发展中国特色职业教育,推进校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式改革,高等职业教育发展进入了一个新的历史阶段。本着职业性和应用性的特点,学院逐步构建了高职应用型英语人才“岗证课赛”的人才培养模式,但是基于传统教育教学的影响,实施过程和方法略显单一,而借鉴重视综合素质提升和关键能力培养的英国BTEC教育理念对学生的专业能力和通用能力的提高能够起到极大的促进作用。
In the past 10 years, China has clearly proposed to vigorously develop vocational education with Chinese characteristics, promote the reform of personnel training mode with the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and work-study integration. The development of higher vocational education has entered a new historical stage. In line with the characteristics of occupation and applicability, the college has gradually built up a mode of personnel training of applied English talents in higher vocational colleges. However, based on the influence of traditional education and teaching, the implementation process and method are slightly single, while The British BTEC education concept, which emphasizes the improvement of overall quality and development of key competencies, can greatly promote students’ professional ability and general ability.
