对5年内因胎儿异常而行中期流产者343例进行总结,其中产前经超声发现异常者215例,经羊水或绒毛检查确定者128例。31例先经B超发现后,再作羊水或绒毛检查。结果,在215例超声诊断为胎儿异常者中,妊娠中断后胎儿检查124例(57.7％)符合,91例结果不完全相同(42.3％),其中3例未发现异常;而羊水/绒毛检查组除1例外
A total of 343 cases of midterm abortion due to fetal abnormalities within 5 years were summarized. Among them, 215 cases were found abnormal by prenatal ultrasound and 128 cases were confirmed by amniotic fluid or villus examination. 31 cases first discovered by the B-, then check for amniotic fluid or villi.
