不久前,我们到广州市番禺县、花县和白云区作了农村党员管理的调查,那里的同志对党员管理表示喜优参半。我们认为,过去对党员管理一些陈旧的方法已不太适宜在商品经济环境里使用了。与自然经济和产品经济相适应的某些管理方法很可能会在今天成为农村党组织自然素质老化、理论科学知识水平低下、难于开展卓有成效的活动的直接原因。为了总结新时期党的建设的经验和教训,我们试图从农村商品经济对党员个人行为和党组织行为的影响这一角度,进行剖析。
Not long ago, we went to investigate the management of rural party members in Panyu County, Huaxian County and Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, where comrades expressed their congratulation on party member management. In our view, the old methods of managing party members in the past are not suitable for use in a commodity economy. Some management methods that are compatible with the natural economy and the product economy are likely to become the direct cause of the deterioration of the natural quality of party organizations in rural areas and the low level of scientific knowledge in the rural areas. In order to summarize the experience and lessons of party building in the new period, we try to analyze the impact of rural commodity economy on the individual behavior of party members and the behavior of party organizations.
