当前,教师专业化的思想已经成为潮流,在此思想的推动下,特殊教育教师的专业化问题也是越来越得到重视。文章将教师专业化的特殊教特点以及教师专业化一般概念综合起来,并且在这个基础上从四个方面提出了特殊教师专业化的内涵,分别是恪守职业道德、掌握科学系统的知识、具有充分的专业自主权以及有效的解决实际问题。对当今我国特殊教师师资培养的目标及模式,还有在课程设置中存在的一些问题从专业化的角度进行了审视,并且提出了几点相应的政策,分别是完善培养目标、增强课程实用性、课程分流和分层、加强培养行动研究能力等等。
At present, the thought of teachers’ specialization has become the trend. Driven by this thought, the specialization of special education teachers is also paid more and more attention. The article combines the special characteristics of teachers’ specialization and the general concepts of teacher’s specialization, and on this basis puts forward the connotation of specialization of special teachers from four aspects, namely abide by the professional ethics, master the knowledge of the scientific system, Professional autonomy and effective solution to practical problems. On the current goal and model of teacher training of special teachers in our country, as well as some problems existing in the course setting, we examine it from a professional perspective and put forward some corresponding policies, which are to improve the training objectives and enhance the practicality of the curriculum , Streamlining and stratification of courses, strengthening the ability to develop operations research and more.
