目的通过对各类上消化道出血病例进行严密观察治疗护理,以提高疗效。方法我院2009年1月—12月收治的上消化道出血患者48例,通过严密观察出血病人的周围循环状况的变化,迅速予以抢救治疗及细致的护理。结果上消化道出血病人48例,经过治疗护理,治愈35例,好转9例。结论上消化道出血是上消化性疾病的严重并发症,处理不及时可危及生命。严密观察病人病情变化、及早识别出血征象是重要的护理措施。
Objective Through various types of upper gastrointestinal bleeding cases closely observe the treatment and care, in order to improve the curative effect. Methods Forty-eight patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2009 were treated promptly for rescue and meticulous care by closely observing the changes of circulatory status around the bleeding patients. Results 48 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients, after treatment and care, cured 35 cases, improved in 9 cases. Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is a serious complication of upper digestive diseases, which can be life-threatening if not managed in time. Closely observe the patient’s condition changes, early identification of signs of bleeding is an important care measure.
