本文对中医明目要药决明(Cassia tora L.)进行了核型分析。结果表明:决明的染色体数目为2n=26;13对同源染色体中,第5、6、8、10、11对,为近中部着丝点,其余几对均为中部着丝点;第5对长臂具次缢痕,染色体的绝对长度在2.14—3.48微米之间,相对长度在5.90%—9.60%之间。决明的核型公式为:K(2n)=26=16m+8sm+2sm(sc)。本实验为中药决明的药材鉴别在染色体水平上提供了更准确的细胞学依据。
In this paper, the karyotype analysis of Cassia tora L., a Chinese medicine for eyesight, was performed. The results showed that the chromosome number of Cassia is 2n=26; the 13 pairs of homologous chromosomes, the 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, and 11th pairs, are the proximal middle centromere points, and the remaining pairs are the middle centromeres; Five pairs of long arms have secondary scars, the absolute length of the chromosome is between 2.14 and 3.48 microns, and the relative length is between 5.90% and 9.60%. The karyotype formula of Cassia is: K(2n)=26=16m+8sm+2sm(sc). This experiment provided a more accurate cytological basis for the identification of medicinal materials of Cassia obtusifolia at the chromosome level.
