首次从民间抗癌药185植物的全草中分离得到五种结晶。其中晶Ⅱ为一新化合物,通过理化常数测定(红外、氢谱(400兆周)、碳谱及质谱分析)提出化学结构为:2(3氢)-二氢-2,3-二羟基-5-甲基-呋喃酮[2(3H)-dihydro-2,3-dihydroxy-5-methyl-furanone]。根据NMR中的偶合常数推测二个羟基应在同侧,绝对构型尚待测定。晶Ⅱ为白色针状结晶。mp:100~101℃。IR:3450、3300、1770、1750(cm~(-1))。MS(m/e):60、73、117、133。~1H-NMR(甲基去偶谱):4.27ppm(1H,d,d,J_(AM)=5H_z,J_(AX)=3H_z),4.52ppm(1H,d,J_(AM)=5H_z)、4.53ppm(1H,d,J_(AX)=3H_z)、3.04ppm(2H,S)。~(13)C-NMR:169.5、77.4、72.1、14.6(δppm)。
For the first time, five crystals were isolated from the whole plant of folk anticancer drug 185 plants. Crystal II is a new compound, and its chemical structure is proposed by physicochemical constants (infrared, hydrogen spectrum (400 MWe), carbon spectrum and mass spectrometry analysis): 2(3H)-dihydro-2,3-dihydroxy- 5-methyl-furanone [2(3H)-dihydro-2,3-dihydroxy-5-methyl-furanone]. According to the coupling constants in NMR, it is presumed that the two hydroxyl groups should be on the same side, and the absolute configuration has yet to be determined. Crystal II is a white needle crystal. Mp: 100 to 101°C. IR: 3450, 3300, 1770, 1750 (cm -1). MS (m/e): 60, 73, 117, 133. ~1H-NMR (methyl decoupled spectrum): 4.27 ppm (1H, d, d, J_(AM) = 5H_z, J_(AX) = 3H_z), 4.52 ppm (1H, d, J_(AM) = 5H_z) , 4.53 ppm (1H, d, J_(AX) = 3H_z), 3.04 ppm (2H, S). ~(13)C-NMR: 169.5, 77.4, 72.1, 14.6 (δ ppm).
