人参总皂甙540mg/kg 腹腔注射能降低小鼠在严重缺氧情况下大脑和心肌的乳酸含量,能恢复缺氧时心肌 cAMP/cGMP 比值的降低,表明能改善组织在缺氧时的能量代谢。缺氧小白鼠心肌的超微结构观察显示,人参总皂甙能保护心肌毛细血管内皮细胞,减轻线粒体的损伤。以上结果说明人参总皂甙对小鼠缺氧时的代谢和超微结构损伤均有保护作用。
Ginseng saponin 540mg/kg intraperitoneal injection can reduce the lactic acid content in the brain and myocardium of mice under severe hypoxia, and can restore the decrease of cAMP/cGMP ratio in hypoxic rats, indicating that the energy metabolism of the tissue during hypoxia can be improved. The ultrastructure observation of hypoxic mice showed that ginsenosides can protect myocardial capillary endothelial cells and reduce mitochondrial damage. These results suggest that ginsenosides have a protective effect on metabolic and ultrastructural damage in mice during hypoxia.
