非物质文化遗产(Intangible CuItural Heritage)又称为无形文化遗产。根据国发办[2005]18号文件《国家级非物质文化遗产代表作申报评定暂行办法》的有关规定,非物质文化遗产是指各族人民世代相承的、与群众生活密切相关的各种文化表现形式和文化空间。其范围包括:口头传统,包括作为文化载体的语言;传统表演艺术;民俗活动、礼仪、节庆;有关自然界和宇宙的民间传统知识和实践;传统手工艺技能;与上述表现形式相关的文化空间。
Intangible CuItural Heritage (Intangible CuItural Heritage), also known as intangible cultural heritage. According to the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Declaration of Declarations of National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representatives issued by the State Council Document No. [2005] No.18, the intangible cultural heritage refers to the various cultures that people of all nationalities inherit from generation to generation and are closely related to people’s lives Manifestations and cultural space. Its scope includes: oral traditions, including as a carrier of culture; traditional performing arts; folklore, ceremonies, festivals; folklore and practices related to nature and the universe; traditional craftsmanship skills; and cultural spaces associated with these manifestations.
