我院用自制的洗剂消痤灵治疗痤疮,疗效较满意,现介绍如下: 1 处方及配制方法 1.1 处方 乙烯雌酚0.04g,甲硝唑2g,升华硫50g,西黄蓍胶5g,樟脑醑100ml,甘油40ml,水加至1000ml 1.2 配制方法 取乙烯雌酚、甲硝唑溶于樟脑醑中,加西黄蓍胶,搅匀,再加入研细过筛的升华硫与甘油,研成糊状,逐渐加水至全量,研匀。 2 质量标准 2.1 外观 本品为浅黄色混悬液,有樟脑臭。 2.2 PH值 PH值为5.5—8.0。 3. 疗效观察 3.1 疗效判断标准痊愈:皮疹全部消退;显效:皮疹消退在60％以上;有效:皮疹消退在30％～60％之间;无效:皮疹消爰小于30％。 3.2 病例统计 对420例不同年龄、不同性别的患者用该药治疗,其中,轻度患者(疹数<30)281人,中度患者(疹数在30～60之间)117人,重度患者(疹数>60或有脓疮、囊肿)22人。 3.3 用法及疗程 摇匀后,涂抹患处。每日4次,2周为一个疗程。
