采用薄层扫描法测定了刺五加口服液中异秦皮啶的含量。以硅胶G为薄层吸附剂,氯仿—石油醚(60~90℃)—甲醇(9.5:0.2:0.4)为展开剂,异秦皮啶在365nm紫外光灯下显蓝色荧光斑点定位,照色谱法进行线性扫描,L_s=A_R=345nm,线性范围0.23~0.7pg,平均回收率为96.9%,RSD1.8%(n=6)。
The content of isopridin in Acanthopanax senticosus was determined by TLC scanning. Silicone G was used as a thin layer adsorbent, and chloroform-petroleum ether (60-90°C)-methanol (9.5:0.2:0.4) was used as a developing agent. Isopiodin was spotted under a 365-nm UV lamp and blue fluorescence spots were observed. The linear scanning was performed with L_s=A_R=345 nm and the linear range was 0.23 to 0.7 pg. The average recovery was 96.9% and the RSD was 1.8% (n=6).
