研究形成了以通风措施控制乙烯产生和积累的结球白菜(Brassica Pekinensis R.)贮藏新技术。其技术特点是:收获后不晒菜,使贮藏中乙烯产生量和呼吸强度分别比对照降低了一半左右,并减少晒菜损耗15%。利用自然冷源选择适温通风,菜温在入害后3-7天内迅速下降,并在整个贮藏期中保持恒定适温,排除并阻遏了贮藏叶球乙烯的产生和积累。应用此技术生产示范贮藏三个月损耗较传统窖藏下降12.3%.维生素C和可溶性蛋白保存率分別比对照高5%和18%,粗纤维降低18%、当年增收为投入的29.6倍。
The study formed a new technology for storage of Brassica pekinensis R., which controls the production and accumulation of ethylene through aeration. Its technical features are: drying vegetables after harvest, so that the amount of ethylene production and respiration intensity were reduced by about half compared with the control, and reduce drying loss of 15%. The use of natural cold source selection temperature ventilation, vegetable temperature decreased rapidly within 3-7 days after entering the victim, and in the whole storage period to maintain a constant temperature suitable to exclude and deter the storage of leaf bulb production and accumulation of ethylene. Three months after the application of this technology, the loss of storage was 12.3% lower than that of the traditional cellar, the preservation rates of vitamin C and soluble protein were 5% and 18% higher than those of the control, the crude fiber was reduced by 18% and the annual income was 29.6 times of the input.
