本文报告25例脑梗塞患者血浆蛋白C活性(PC:AC)明显降低,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001).说明脑梗塞患者血浆中PC:AC下降。血浆蛋白C是体内重要抗凝物质,它的缺乏与血栓形成具有密切关系,所以血浆蛋白C的检测对脑梗塞的诊断具有重要意义。
This article reports 25 patients with cerebral infarction plasma protein C activity (PC: AC) decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.001), indicating that plasma PC: AC decreased in patients with cerebral infarction. Plasma protein C is an important anticoagulant in the body and its deficiency is closely related to thrombosis. Therefore, the detection of plasma protein C is of great significance for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
