患者韩××男40岁农民门诊号2971,1992年7月24日初诊,双眼失明1天。7年前,左眼视力逐渐下降,尚能看清一般物体。昨天突然两眼发黑而失明。眼不痛,不红,无其他全身症状。经某医院眼科诊断为皮质盲,转来我院。7年前,因脑血栓在天津某医院住院治疗,曾开颅(左侧),手术中发现脑血管严重畸形而中止手术。以后右侧上下肢体轻(?)及左眼视力障碍。7年来尚可行走和做一般劳动。
