我们应用小剂量肠溶阿斯匹林及苯噻啶联合治疗偏头痛130例,取得了满意效果,报告如下。 临床资料 (1)一般资料:130例中:男60例,女70例;年龄14～60岁,平均37岁;病程2月～1年42例,1～2年48例,>2年40例;典型偏头痛49例,普通型偏头痛68例,丛集性偏头痛13例;发作频率2～3次/周56例、1次/1～2周61例、1次/1～2月13例。脑电图检查130例中126例正常,4例边缘状态。103例头颅CT及37例腰穿脑脊液检查均无异常。(2)方法:
