Ⅲ.风化及溶解部门一、风化过程所谓风化是一种藉自然力量来碾碎的过程,已详述於前节,所以如果有机械碾碎设备,就可省去此过程,但在今天,这个过程尚有它存在的历史任务。目前各厂在这个过程中还存在着一些缺点;泼水过多,矾砂一时无法吸收,於是将明矾溶解一部份,从砂堆底部漏失,这些明矾溶液往往是饱和矾液,我曾将混入清水流的溶液分析,含矾率为3.3%。这个损失我认为可用下列二法来避免。
