野花椒总生物碱２５０、５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ能延长小鼠亚硝酸钠性缺氧存活时间和断头张口喘气时间以及双侧颈总动脉结扎后存活时间；野花椒总生物碱还可抑制大鼠急性脑缺血损伤后皮层强啡肽的降低，其作用强于加锡果宁。表明野花椒总生物碱和加锡果宁对脑细胞功能有一定的保护作用。
The 250 and 500 mg/kg total alkaloids of Zanthoxylum bungeanum could prolong the survival time of sodium nitrite hypoxia, gasping time of decapitated mouth, and the survival time of bilateral common carotid artery ligation; total alkaloids of Zanthoxylum bungeanum could also inhibit acute rat The decrease of dynorphin in cortex after cerebral ischemic injury was stronger than that of ganxinin. The results showed that the total alkaloids and Ganxiongning had some protective effects on brain cell function.
