正常人高脂饮食10天,血清TC、LDL-C、apoB-100、TC/TG比值和apoB-100/apoA-Ⅰ比值均显著增高,血清TG含量不但未见增加,反见略有降低。在继食高脂的同时服用美黄醇提取物10天对TC、TG、apoB-100和apoA-1作用不明显,但能显著地增加血清HDL-C的含量和部分地降低LDL-C的含量。当停食高脂饮食,改用普膳同时继服姜黄醇提取物10天能使TC和LDL-C迅速恢复正常,TC/TG比值和LDL-C/HLD-C比值得到纠正。实验证明人体对高脂肪的调节相当有效,食用20天高脂饮食TG含量保持正常水平,高脂饮食主要引起高胆固醇血症。在未消除高脂饮食的情况下服用美黄醇提取物对TC、TG和apoB-100无显著影响,但能明显地增高HDL-C含量。在恢复普膳后继服姜黄醇提取物则能使血脂迅速回复正常,apoB-100的恢复可能需要一段时间。
In normal high-fat diet for 10 days, the ratios of serum TC, LDL-C, apoB-100, TC/TG, and apoB-100/apoA-I were all significantly increased. The serum TG content did not increase, but the antiserum decreased slightly. Taking meconazole extract at the same time as high-fat diet for 10 days had no obvious effect on TC, TG, apoB-100 and apoA-1, but it could significantly increase serum HDL-C content and partially reduce LDL-C. content. When dying on a high-fat diet, switching to puerarian diet followed by curcumin alcohol extract for 10 days enabled TC and LDL-C to rapidly return to normal, and the TC/TG ratio and LDL-C/HLD-C ratio were corrected. Experiments have shown that the body’s regulation of high fat is quite effective. The TG content of a high-fat diet for 20 days is maintained at a normal level, and a high-fat diet mainly causes hypercholesterolemia. The administration of melanol extract without elimination of high-fat diet had no significant effect on TC, TG, and apoB-100, but significantly increased HDL-C levels. Subsequent oral administration of turmeric alcohol extracts after resumption of the diet can quickly restore normal blood lipids, and recovery of apoB-100 may take some time.
