采用薄层色谱法对消炎利胆胶囊中的穿心莲内酯、苦木、溪黄草进行了定性鉴别，应用薄层扫描法测定了消炎利胆胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量，结果样品中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量为６ ．０８ｍｇ／ 粒，平均回收率９９ ．４ ％ ，ＲＳＤ＝ ３ ．４４ ％ 。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively identify andrographolide, bitter-wood and cressin in Xiaoyan Lidan capsules. The content of dehydroandrographolide in Xiaoyan Lidan capsules was determined by thin-layer scanning. The results were dehydrated in the samples. The content of andrographolide is 6. 08mg/grain, average recovery rate 99. 4 %, RSD = 3. 44%.
