四川省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十次会议决定,对《四川省<中华人民共和国农业技术推广法>实施办法》作如下修改:一、第二十一条第二款修改为:“审定通过的农业新技术和引进技术,由省、市、州农业技术推广行政部门公布。”二、删去第二十二条:“农业技术推广实行许可制度。”“农业技术推广机构、农业科研单位和有关院校、社会团体、企业事业单位和个人进行农业技术推广活动,必须报经当地县级以上农业技术推广行政部门批准,核发推广许可证,并接受监督管理。”三、删去第二十三条:“向农业生产经营组织和农业劳动者推广的肥料类、农膜类、农药类、兽药类、饲料类等农业生产资料新产品必须经省农业技术推广行政部门组织严格的试验示范和质量检测准予登记后,方能在生产上推
