为解决电镀螺纹镀前公差带的统一问题,部螺纹工作组曾提出过三个方案。其中之一,就是采用ISO一般用途米制螺纹公差制的g螺纹。这次重新颁发的普通螺纹国家标准就是按照ISO螺纹制订的。因此,我部电镀螺纹的标准化问题也就得到了解决。在新国标GBl97—81普通螺纹公差与配合中,对内、外螺纹规定了一种和多种基本偏差不为零的公差带位置。内螺纹有G,外螺纹有g、f和e。这些位置所具有的不同基本偏差(或保证间隙)可以用来容纳不同厚度的镀层,镀前螺纹的制造公差则按标准规定的公差等级选用。由于基本偏差是标准的,制造公差也是标准的,所以,电镀螺纹的生产是完全标准化了的。
In order to solve the uniformed problem of the tolerance zone before the plating thread plating, the thread working group has proposed three solutions. One of them is the g thread, which is made of metric thread tolerance of ISO general purpose. The re-issued ordinary thread national standards are in accordance with the ISO thread development. Because basic deviations are standard and manufacturing tolerances are standard, the production of plated threads is completely standardized.
