介绍了传统CAD设计在信息交流上存在的问题,介绍了建筑信息系统这一新的设计理念在信息流动方面的特点,并结合北京市建筑设计研究院复杂结构研究所拟开发的空间结构建筑信息系统(SPBIM)所做的调研和程序前期规划工作,探讨了BIM在建筑领域的应用,提出空间结构建筑信息模型系统SPBIM应具有的特征:参数化、数据共享、信息的无缝对接和全周期管理等。最后提出SPBIM系统的框架及研究方向。
This paper introduces the existing problems of traditional CAD design in information exchange, introduces the characteristics of information flow in this new design concept of building information system, and combines the spatial structure and architectural information to be developed by Institute of Complex Structure Design of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design System (SPBIM) and pre-program planning, explores the application of BIM in the field of architecture, and puts forward that SPBIM should have the following features: parameterization, data sharing, information seamless docking and full cycle Management and so on. Finally, the framework and research direction of SPBIM system are proposed.
