厦门北站屋盖是双向跨度为132m×220m的大跨抗震超限结构。工程结合建筑造型,沿屋脊设置两端支承于A形巨型塔柱上的大跨度立体钢桁架,在塔柱之间及塔柱与相邻柱间设置了箱形截面曲线预应力框架梁。钢骨混凝土巨型塔柱、大跨钢桁架及箱形预应力混凝土梁一起构成了大屋盖结构的抗侧力体系及主承重体系,形成了巨型混合框架结构体系。工程设计针对这种新型结构进行了静、动力弹塑性分析。为解决巨型钢桁架与钢骨混凝土巨型塔柱的连接问题,采用钢板及预应力筋的双重连接。巨型混合框架结构在工程中得到了成功应用。
Xiamen North Station roof is a two-way span of 132m × 220m large-span seismic overrun structure. In the project, a long-span three-dimensional steel truss supported on A-shaped giant pylons at both ends of the ridge is set along the roof. A box-section curved prestressed frame beam is installed between the pylons and between the pillars and adjacent pillars. Giant concrete column tower, large-span steel truss and box-shaped prestressed concrete beams constitute a large roof structure of the anti-lateral force system and the main load-bearing system, forming a giant mixed-frame structural system. Engineering design for this new structure were static and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis. In order to solve the connection between the giant steel truss and the giant tower of SRC, the double connection of the steel plate and the prestressing tendons is adopted. Giant hybrid frame structure has been successfully applied in the project.
