本文介绍了一种用萘为介质的热管分度装置。它适用于140～280℃温区的温度计校验,其总不确定度(0.99的置信概率)为12mK。该分度装置的温度范围覆盖了新温标(IJS-90)中的铟、锡凝固点,因此可用二级温度标准传递。
This paper introduces a naphthalene as a medium of heat pipe indexing device. It applies to 140 ~ 280 ℃ temperature zone thermometer calibration, the total uncertainty (0.99 confidence probability) is 12mK. The temperature range of this indexing device covers the indium and tin freezing points in the new temperature scale (IJS-90) and can therefore be passed on with secondary temperature standards.
