Phosphorus tailings sand is the tailings discharged during the flotation of phosphate rock in Jinping Town, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Tailings that have been discharged over the past 15 million tons have accumulated in tailings dams. At present, the mine discharges 400,000 to 500,000 tons of tailings per year. Because the tailings sand particles are fine, when the winds are dry, the wind and sand are blocked and the farmland is submerged. This is a great harm to the nearby agriculture, and the development of steaming is carried out for the sake of harm.
