在现阶段,我国大多数都采用班级式的授课方式,在教学中很难落实因材施教的基本政策。为了转变这一教学现状,有必要结合教学的实际情况,关注学生自身的基本特点,注重学生能力的培养,提高初中生物教学的实效性。文章结合笔者自身的经验,分析初中运用分层教学法的必要性,并简要探讨在初中生物教学中运用分层教学法,并结合教学的实际探讨,以达到提高教学实效性的效果。
At this stage, most of our country adopts the class teaching method, and it is very difficult to implement the basic policy of teaching students according to their aptitude in teaching. In order to change the current situation of teaching, it is necessary to pay attention to the basic characteristics of students, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ abilities, and improve the effectiveness of junior high school biology teaching. Based on the author’s own experience, the article analyzes the necessity of using the layered teaching method in junior middle schools and briefly discusses the application of the layered teaching method in the biology teaching of junior middle schools, in combination with the practical discussion of teaching so as to achieve the effect of improving the teaching effectiveness.
