由于硫酸钾很少有天然矿床,工业上制取硫酸钾往往是利用氯化钾与硫酸反应,其中间产物是硫酸氢钾。制取硫酸氢钾的成本比硫酸钾低。近期,农业研究人员认为用硫酸氢钾作为无氯钾肥,对硫酸氢钾的酸性将会导致损害农作物和土壤的担心可以消除。文章认为:如每亩施用硫酸氢钾50kg,每亩耕层土壤150t计,导致土壤的pH值变化还不足0.1,何况对我国有几亿亩土地的pH值在8以上。另外,农民习惯使用的过磷酸钙,其水溶液pH值为2~4,早已证明可适用我国大部份土壤。因此,硫酸氢钾用作钾肥是可行的。
As potassium sulfate rarely natural deposits, industrial production of potassium sulfate is often the use of potassium chloride and sulfuric acid reaction, the intermediate is potassium bisulfate. The cost of making potassium bisulfate is lower than potassium sulfate. Recently, agricultural researchers believe that the use of potassium bisulfate as a chlorine-free potash fertilizer can eliminate the fear that the acidity of potassium bisulfate will cause damage to crops and soil. The article holds: If 50kg of potassium bisulfate is applied per acre, 150t of soil per acre topsoil, resulting in changes in pH value of the soil is less than 0.1, not to mention hundreds of millions of acres of land in our country pH value of 8 or more. In addition, farmers accustomed to the use of superphosphate, the pH of its aqueous solution of 2 to 4, has long proved that most of our soil can be applied. Therefore, the use of potassium bisulfate as potash is feasible.
