附注:一、每次会议开会时,应由秘书长将出席、缺席代表人数向大会宣布。二、选举会议主席团,通过秘书长、通过会议议程,通过提案审查委员会的主任委员、副主任委员和委员人选,通过决议,通过提案审查意见,都采取举手表决方式。每项决议(包括选举和通过人选)须有出席代表过半数的通过,始得成立。三、选举省长、副省长和人民委员会的委员,选举当高级人民法院院长和中级人民法院院长,都采用无记名投票方式。
Notes: 1. At each meeting, the Secretary-General shall attend the meeting and the number of absent representatives shall be announced to the General Assembly. Second, the election presidium, through the Secretary-General, through the agenda, through the chairman of the proposal review board, vice chairman and members of the committee, through the resolution, through the proposal review opinions, all by way of show of hands. Every resolution, including the election and the passage of candidates, must be passed by a majority of the attendance representatives and shall be valid. Third, the election of governors, deputy governors and members of the people’s committees, elections, when the president of the Higher People’s Court and the Intermediate People’s Court, all adopt a secret ballot.
