德国双元制职业教育是目前公认的先进职教模式,职业院校开展校企合作和现代学徒制改革,需要建设一支协作良好、运行高效的教学团队。现代学徒制理论研究在西方已经取得了非常丰硕的成果,在实践方面也比较成熟。在前人研究成果基础上,结合实际,探究现代学徒制与我国中等职业教育如何整合,形成与德国现代学徒制要求同步且与人才培养相吻合的新模式。
Germany’s dual system of vocational education is now recognized as an advanced mode of vocational education. Vocational schools carry out the school-enterprise cooperation and modern apprenticeship reform, and need to build a well-coordinated and efficient teaching team. Modern apprenticeship theory has achieved very fruitful results in the West and is relatively mature in practice. Based on the previous research results and the reality, this paper explores how the modern apprenticeship and the secondary vocational education in our country are integrated to form a new model that is in line with the requirements of the modern apprenticeship in Germany and fits with the training of qualified personnel.
