前曾报道从 Egletes viscosa Less.花顶部分分离得到一个黄酮类化合物 ternatin(5,4′-二羟基-3,7,8,3′-四甲氧基黄酮)具有抗过敏、抗炎症的活性。本文通过体外由ADP 诱导产生的血小板聚集和体内由 KC(kappa-carrageenan)诱导产生的小鼠尾部血栓为模型来评价 ternatin 对于血小板功能的效果。药材粉末4kg 用冷的正己烷脱脂后,用冷乙醇提取。回收溶剂后得到棕色粘稠状物246g。用720g 硅胶柱层析,分别用正己烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯,最后用甲醇洗脱。乙酸乙酯洗脱部分再用硅胶柱层析,得一黄色固体,用甲
It has previously been reported that the flavonoid ternatin (5,4’-dihydroxy-3,7,8,3’-tetramethoxyflavone) isolated from the top part of Egletes viscosa Less. has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activity. . In this paper, the effect of ternatin on platelet function was evaluated by ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro and mouse tail thrombosis induced by KC (kappa-carrageenan) in vivo. 4kg of medicinal powder was defatted with cold n-hexane and extracted with cold ethanol. After the solvent was recovered, 246 g of brown viscous material was obtained. Chromatography on 720 g silica gel column eluted with n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and finally methanol. The ethyl acetate elution fraction was then chromatographed on silica gel to give a yellow solid.
