氨用冷凝器是氨制冷系统中的主要换热器之一。在使用中因水侧逐渐形成污垢,会降低冷凝器的传热效果。本文叙述了结垢的机理、简述除垢防垢的方法、列举几个实例、介绍了制冷专业人员可以用配制好的复合专用清洗剂很方便地解决换热器水侧水垢清除的问题。
Ammonia condensers are one of the major heat exchangers in ammonia refrigeration systems. In use due to the water side of the gradual formation of dirt, will reduce the heat transfer of the condenser. This article describes the mechanism of scale formation, a brief description of the method of scale removal and scale control. A few examples are given. It is introduced that refrigeration professionals can easily solve the problem of scale removal on the water side of heat exchangers by using formulated special cleaning agents.
